Current need for a Help Desk Specialist II with an TS/SCI with a CURRENT Polygraph.


Hours are Mon-Friday, 8am-$pm.


Looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills.

Serves as the initial point of contact, globally, for access to the Enterprise IT environment.


Interacts with IT users to resolve technical issues; responds to queries and completes service requests that originate by phone, web-based portals, email or other methods. 


Reads, writes, and implements standard operating procedures and technical documentation. 



Required IT Training and Certification


*Excellent Customer Service Skills

*CURRENT full scope polygraph
* Two years working with Microsoft Office applications
* VTC experience, preferred, not required.



Education requirements:


AA and 2 yrs

Diploma and 4 yrs

BS and no exp
