Help Desk Manager for a 24x7x365 Mission Essential Tier-1 Help Desk Support.

High level responsibilities include customer service, health and status monitoring of the system, monitoring system logs,

basic troubleshooting of network connectivity, resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, and creating and deleting Acitive Directory Accounts.

Security + cert required.


Experience with VMWare Client in remotely administering systems required


Experience with Windows Active Directory required


Experience with LINUX,


Experience with network infrastructure.


Splunk is desired.


BS or higher and 5 yrs of exp.

OR Diploma and 9 yrs exp

OR AA and 7 yrs of exp

OR MS and 3 yrs of exp


Must already have a CURRENT FULL SCOPE polygraph.
